New at Casablanca ComicsTuesday, October 21, 2008New and notable- Sarah Oleksyk We have just received copies of Sarah Oleksyk's new mini-comics "Ivy". Some of you may remember Sarah's previous work "Roadside" which was published right here in Portland, Maine. Now Sarah has switched coasts to the OTHER Portland and we missed her comics once she left. We are thrilled to be able to carry her work again. Please stop in and check these out. Tuesday, October 07, 2008Special Jim Lee signed comics at both stores!!! Comic superstar artist JIM LEE was kind enough to sign some books for Casablanca Comics recently. We have SIGNED copies of All Star Batman and Robin Volume 1, Batman Hush Volumes 1 and 2, Heroes HC (Jim Lee cover, of course) and more available at both stores. The hardcovers and trade paperbacks are still priced at cover price (nothing extra for the signature). Supplies are limited and all books are on a first come first serve basis (no holds on these books).
